Returns are easy! We have a 30 day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your L’ATHENE purchase, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of ship date and we will be happy to issue a refund to your credit card or exchange.

• Products must have been purchased directly from L’ATHENE (our website or by phone).  We cannot accept product returns that were purchased from other retail locations.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• We cannot issue a return on product returned empty or on overly used products.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Refunds cannot be issued if the product is not received by L’ATHENE, Inc. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice and indicate the reason for your return.
