Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received, depending on product availability.
During holiday or peak seasons, processing and delivery times may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and military APO/FPO addresses.
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or via UPS 2nd Day Air. USPS typically arrives within 2-5 business days after shipment, and UPS typically arrives within 1-2 days after shipment, though times may vary by region.

Shipping costs are indicated during checkout.
Free shipping offers or promotions, when available, will be clearly noted at checkout.
Delivery Issues:
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact info@lathene.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for missing shipments).
Please note that L’ATHENE cannot be responsible for carrier delays, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or weather-related delivery disruptions once an order leaves our facility.
International Shipping
At this time, L’ATHENE ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to addresses outside the U.S.
Please check back in the future as we plan to expand international service.
Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Diners Club.
Sales Tax
L’ATHENE is required by law to collect state and local sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in South Carolina and any other U.S. states where we have a tax obligation.
Sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
For customers paying through Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other accelerated checkout options:
- Taxes are automatically calculated and remitted according to your shipping address and applicable state laws.
- The exact tax amount will appear before you complete your payment.
- All taxes collected through Shop Pay comply with Shopify’s tax automation system, which ensures accurate, real-time compliance across states.
