L’ATHENE Return & Refund Policy (U.S.)
30-Day Window
We want you to love your L’ATHENE products. If not, you may request a return, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.
What’s Eligible

Unused or gently used L’ATHENE skincare purchased directly from lathene.com.

Item must be returned in its original or comparable protective packaging with your order number (or other proof of purchase).

Returns for defects, damage, or wrong item received are fully covered by us—please contact us right away so we can make it right.
What’s Not Eligible

Final-sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale” at checkout).

Gift cards.
-
Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.

Purchases made through other retailers (please contact the original place of purchase).
Note: We do not sell perishable, hazardous, or flammable goods.
How to Start a Return
1. Begin your request: Email info@lathene.com with your order number and shipping ZIP code.
2. Wait for approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and simple packing instructions. Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.
3. Ship your item to:

Return shipping fees: If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, a return shipping charge may be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected and let you know whether it’s approved.

If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment (less any applicable return shipping charge) within 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your approval notice and you don’t see the refund, please email info@lathene.com.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@lathene.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Additional Notes

Bundles/Sets: To return a set purchased as a bundle, please return the entire set.

Promotional Gifts: If a free gift was included and the return causes you to fall below the promo threshold, we may deduct the retail value of the gift unless it’s returned unused.

Third-Party Purchases: Items bought outside lathene.com must be returned through the original retailer.
