Inspired by L'ATHENE's Professional Spa Treatments and Created by Nurses, this simple ritual elevates everyday body care into a moment of self-care and wellness.

1. Begin with dry brushing to gently remove surface dry, dead skin cells.
2. Apply Vitamin C & E Body Oil using the roller-ball applicator (ideally after showering).
3. Glide over skin and massage in.
4. Finish with L’ATHENE NEROLI Hand & Body Nutrient Crème to seal in hydration.
